Pros

I loved working here before they sprung on us we would be returning to office when stated before this would not be the case. Many people have to find childcare accommodations, or have bought a house 1+ hour away and have to now commute.

Cons

Blanket decisions with no communication

Pros

great pay, some collaborative team members

Cons

You are placed in a class that takes up half your time the first 10 weeks of working at the company. The classes really only teach you how to get three no’s from a prospect and read a script and badger the prospect until they acquiesce to a demo. You really don’t get a ton of time to actually learn the personas, driving needs, or how to prospect effectively. Heavy dial and smile culture where if you’re used to doing a more consultative sales process, feels aggressive and forced.
