Pros

The benefits include the insurance plans and colleagues.

Cons

Constant uncertainty about company vision, direction, and job security. The CEO is a salesperson attempting to run a tech company.

Pros

Good pay, fitness facility, good benefits, and cheap lunch.

Cons

They are so disorganized, make changes without full preparation, and don't care about their employees. None of the major changes they made in 2025 stuck or were even completed successfully on at least 3 different occasions throughout the year. Things that should be standardized across the software department, like setup, file structure, and coding conventions are not. Their documentation sucks. If you're lucky, your team has or is working on documentation. If not, you're stuck combing through JIRA in hopes you can find something relevant. They also introduced AI and used that as an excuse to keep the same timeframe for projects while laying off a large percentage of their devs, most of their QA department, and expecting whoever's left to do all the extra work left.
