      Pros

      Outpost is a real space start up centered in Playa Vista close to the beach. We are solving the next big shift in aerospace; working on new technologies and complex engineering problems to create the return lane from space.

      Cons

      I wish there was more time in the day to spend here. The HQ is top notch and all the employees are super smart. I wish there was more time to spend working here.

      Great vision, fast paced startup with the ability to role up you sleeves and take responsibility in the building process of a world changing mission. For those that want the ability to grow in responsibility, experience, and roles.

      Cons

      Being in the building phase you need to be willing to get your hands dirty, deal with uncertainty, and be willing to fill in the gaps. This is not a company if you want to be just a number, require a comfortable well defined role, or just want a job that is 9 to 5.
