I wish there was more time in the day to spend here. The HQ is top notch and all the employees are super smart. I wish there was more time to spend working here.

Being in the building phase you need to be willing to get your hands dirty, deal with uncertainty, and be willing to fill in the gaps. This is not a company if you want to be just a number, require a comfortable well defined role, or just want a job that is 9 to 5.
