Nutbourne was a good place for me to work at. It helped me develop, and learn a lot about both the market it was in (I was new to it) as well as the clients it was working with. I learnt a lot about the process and structure of a deal, and thought it was great just how much they delegated to people and trusted them in the organisation. The culture was definitely the best thing about the company and everyone was so nice and friendly. From onboarding, it was worthwhile, and even though telesales can be a little hard at times it has been great.

Cons

None to speak of. The company was completely remote for most of the team. i enjoyed this, but I know it can be hard for people sometimes. Still I liked the freedom and as I had a lot of meetings I really didnt feel a lack of human contact.
