      Pros

      Silent working environment. Cannot think of anything else.

      Cons

      1. Very political driven company especially sales people 2. Expected to work after office hours because really you cannot finish your work 3. Everything is urgent 4. No team building 5. No trust in you

      Salary will be credited AtLeast. Cannot think of anything else.

      Cons

      1. Expected to deliver magic from the first day and you must be ready to deliver from day1 without expecting any one to teach anything. 2. You will be expected to work after leaving office, because by any means you cannot finish the work during office hours provided anyone teaches you the work. 3. Pretty small company and there are no processes , awful micro management and no clear goal.

      No Pros at all in this company. Waste 1 year of my time.

      Cons

      Boss will only demand and want you to follow her direction. Does not listen to your challenges and problems. Only like those that are on her side n "Yes" man. Those not in the good book will be penalized. No trust at all and always checking you with her spy. They will forced you to resign after you helped them finished their project and will try not have to pay you the termination fee.
