Pros

Salary will be credited AtLeast. Cannot think of anything else.

Cons

1. Expected to deliver magic from the first day and you must be ready to deliver from day1 without expecting any one to teach anything. 2. You will be expected to work after leaving office, because by any means you cannot finish the work during office hours provided anyone teaches you the work. 3. Pretty small company and there are no processes , awful micro management and no clear goal.

Pros

Supportive CEO and nice colleagues were the reason why some staffs chose to stay longer.

Cons

Founder 's leadership lacks effective authority, with decision-making heavily influenced by a condescending SHE known for excessive nitpicking and micromanaging. Wearing conversations using emotionally manipulative tactics and often speaking down to staff for extended period. Extremely slow technological and business development despite frequent optimistic protrayals of growth that lack real breakthroughs. Company lacks financial stability, relies heavily on external investors and operates with a lean technical team resulting in slow project cycles. Employees are expected to work with minimal complaints and raising concerns often labels you as an outlier.

Pros

Receive salary, CEO very nice and approachable, colleagues friendly too.

Cons

Founder's leadership lacks effective authority, with decision-making heavily influenced by a condescending, unreasonable, demanding SHE who is known for excessive nitpicking and micromanaging. Using emotionally manipulative tactics and often speaking down to staff for extended period. Employees are expected to work with minimal complaints and raising concerns. Employees are "forced" to be YES staffs to HER. Expect employees to work even during their leave and work extra hours upon their return. Scolded employees in public.
