Pros

I love the flexibility of working from home and that I'm not always being micro-managed on my time. Most of my clients are great to work with and appreciate my hard work. The managers are really open for input and can make changes within the company. The teams work together to share best practices but each one can set their own objectives and goals for growth and development.

Cons

Change is sometimes slower than I want since employees are really busy with project work

Pros

Net@Work is very driven to be the best IT/ERP consulting firm. In recent years, they have invested in their infrastructure to support their employees. Their sales & marketing department is led by two top notch executives. Great place to be if you are a seasoned sales executive wanting to offer a variety of products and services to your contacts/prospects/customers. Experienced consultants and a pleasure to work with. Always having the customer in mind first. The management team is very committed. Co-Presidents are very good leaders. They empower their management team to make decisions and act as advisers when needed.

Cons

Response times by a select group of individuals must be improved to increase efficiency. It also creates some unjust finger pointing. Compensation package varies depending on position/experience. They need to shore up this area to avoid a decrease in employee moral.
