I joined Net at Work as a Project Manager working with NetSuite and Acumatica back in February 2026, and it has been exactly what I was looking for in my next role. The PMO team is truly amazing, they are supportive, collaborative, and highly knowledgeable. From even before day one, I felt welcomed and encouraged to ask questions while getting acclimated. Having a mentor available to help guide me through processes, tools, and day-to-day responsibilities made the transition smooth and stress-free. Net at Work offers a great balance of independence and teamwork. I’m trusted to manage my workload and projects auton­omously, while also having a strong team I can rely on when collaborating or problem-solving. The work is engaging, the expectations are clear, and the environment is professional yet personable. The fully remote setup has been a huge plus. I appreciate the Monday–Friday schedule, the respect for work-life balance, and the flexibility to work from home without sacrificing collaboration or connection with the team. Compensation is competitive, and leadership genuinely values the work PMs do. Overall, Net at Work provides a positive, supportive work environment with great people, meaningful work, and strong leadership.
