Pros

- You do not have to do much, or any, work during their program to successfully score a good position, just sit back - Even after waiting or being forced in a position you are guaranteed something - Paid for certificate - Good for people who like to take risks with unknown results - Lack of support can help you motivate yourself - Environment helps you adapt to the rigid reality of the work environment

Cons

- Really bad and insensitive HR - Support is basically search on Google for jobs - Attitude problems from staff - No consistent work environment, rooms to work in were constantly changing location throughout the city - They expect the world from you but do not deliver even a scratch of what you put in - If work is completed following their guidelines it is not rewarded - They do not match employee skillets with receptive fields or jobs - You will probably have to wait to get any work opportunities, leaving you with 3+ months of no employment - Your experience will be very Bait & Switch - Inconsistent set of rules and policies. They seemed to change policies at any moment

high turnover, little support, poor communication, lacks clarity and direction to provide to staff - no training

Don't get fooled, it's a NFP meatgrinder!

Pros

-Great culture and support initally. Then reality sets in. -The front line people really care, management however....

Cons

-Staff turnover is very high for good reason. -Job description was not what was advertised. -Management doesn't have a clue what they want to accomplish, OTHER than worrying about losing their funding, and will be cut throat to not let that happen. -Policies change almost weekly. -So many online meetings you never accomplish your daily tasks, then get called out for it.
