    Pros

    Great camaraderie among peers, most people tend to stay for 10+ years, good wages.

    Cons

    Company is a "one man show". Owner is sole decision taker. No possibility for advancement.

    Honestly cannot think of any pros

    Cons

    Too many to mention! - lack of appreciation - manager promoted only the person she was having an affair with! Nobody else got promotions. They eventually married, so i guess that makes it right? - i would be here writing all night, so will stop there.

    - great diversity of technology because of multiple clients to service. - structured and organized and to the point of doing service well.

    Cons

    - could be open to some non-traditional projects. - would like to see more or any free training and certifications covered by the company.

    I worked at MicroAge full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    The IT staff is very knowledgeable. Good environment to learn and grow. Most of the staff is great and sociable.

    Cons

    Low salaries. Compensation for KMs are only 0.42$/km Overtime is paid but they question you and cut it down or remove it. Pager services are 2 weeks at a time and rotated between 3-4 techs only and has too many false alerts that wake you up in the middle of the night (no compensation for false alerts) They use utilisation reports to put pressure on the employees, calculated by the minute. Certain IT managers have 0 technical skills, 0 education in management but because its a mom n pop shop they have been given the position.
