      Pros

      MBG was and still is like a second family. I met some awesome people and got to work alongside people who genuinely wanted the best for all. When anyone is in need, everyone pulls together in a group effort to help no matter how far they need to go to get there.

      Cons

      As with any field, there are challenges in the property management industry. MBG always works hard to navigate through them with their employees best interest in mind.

      Strong support from your first day and going forward. The owner is 100% reachable and always has a listening ear. If your looking for a long term career with a company that puts their employees 1st definitely reach out to MBG Property Management

      Pros

      On site supervisor Thom was great, hours were good, worked alone in common areas.

      Cons

      Coworker, being manipulated, constant dishonesty, feeling threatened, not heard by MBG, and now I have nightmares from the job. Lots of bad dreams from working there. Being lied to and used. Abusive coworker.
