MBG Property Management is an enjoyable place to work where it's employees treat each other like people first, and keep things relatively relaxed. Management is flexible, recognize hard work and good results, and are loyal to their employees. Their employees do a good job of mitigating the stress of property management for each other.

There were some issues with an equitable division of labor - some individuals in the office work hard all the time, while others had much more time to relax on the job. They serve a diverse population but there doesn't seem to be any form of cultural competency training except for a once-a-year fair housing training. Their employee base is not diverse.
