Pros
When I initially started the manager was great. Knowledgeable helpful and even though he was always busy would make time to ensure I learnt the crm.
Cons
Once this manager left the toxicity in the place really came out. They gossiped more than school girls and I was discriminated against for being pregnant. The new manager was rude and intimidating and whenever I saw him which thank god was not that often was in my space.
