      Pros

      When I initially started the manager was great. Knowledgeable helpful and even though he was always busy would make time to ensure I learnt the crm.

      Cons

      Once this manager left the toxicity in the place really came out. They gossiped more than school girls and I was discriminated against for being pregnant. The new manager was rude and intimidating and whenever I saw him which thank god was not that often was in my space.

      Pros

      There's not too many places where it's a joy to come to work, but this is one of them. Everyone is on the same wavelength, which is welcoming, proactive and helpful. As a result it's a close-knit group, where you know your colleagues are going to be there if you need them. Also, the owners of the company value their staff, and that's reflected in their attitudes.

      I honestly can't think of any cons.
