Seriously I have never felt disappointed about not being listened to or considered and when they disagreed with my judgement, I can't remember not agreeing with them. • As an employee, you can have confidence that they will give you the benefit of the doubt if you take risks and fail in good faith. Everyone has weaknesses and these guys will be the first to admit theirs, but their example of always trying to overcome them will inspire you to do the same. • There is a clear commitment to clients and to testing and measuring how well each of their campaigns are going, adjusting as necessary and learning through experimenting upon their own web properties.
