Business outlook
Pros
Flexibility and a remote work environment. As long as the work was completed and you could be there for client meetings. The leadership team is awesome and they really care about you and your career!
Cons
Had to log hours for every thing that was done. You were paid based on those hours. I rarely made it to actual Full Time hours. Typical agency job where you have to deal with clients (good and bad)
