Terrible work-life balance Micro-management from CEO. Office politics of the highest order. Poor or almost no employee benefits. No career progression within the organization. High staff turnover rate - average of 6 months before sack or resignation.

Slavery - forcing people to overwork with little pay. Call time enforcement with no respect to closing time. Always ridiculous meetings with no head. Just sit and listen to someone’s idea that you can’t query. Toxic system, horrible founder, eye service, Timid Hr.

The Kenyan acting CEO is the most disrespectful person I’ve encountered in my entire career. It’s extremely humiliating, and she treats her employees like they don’t matter.
