Pros

Nothing good about this company

Cons

The Kenyan acting CEO is the most disrespectful person I’ve encountered in my entire career. It’s extremely humiliating, and she treats her employees like they don’t matter.

Pros

No pros at all !!

Cons

Slavery - forcing people to overwork with little pay. Call time enforcement with no respect to closing time. Always ridiculous meetings with no head. Just sit and listen to someone’s idea that you can’t query. Toxic system, horrible founder, eye service, Timid Hr.

Pros

Some colleagues are supportive and collaborative. The work itself can be interesting if you’re motivated. If you enjoy working for free, it’s a good place to be.

Cons

Salary delays are far too common, making financial planning stressful. Very little transparency in how decisions are made or communicated. Benefits like health insurance and pension are advertised, but in reality, they are either delayed or not provided at all. HR often provides misleading information or covers up issues on behalf of the company, instead of addressing them honestly. Colleagues are let go for the slightest reasons, while the company itself fails to keep its promises. We are pushed to hit very high targets without the right support or resources. HR is inexperienced and enables leadership’s tyranny. Salary delays are treated as business-as-usual. Line managers and senior executives act as yes-men.
