If you want to learn about office politics, well this is the right place for you. I can say 70% of the VP talk too much about the theories but they don't know how to execute their ideas. Very little appreciation to the employee, usually they gave near ED products and very cheap stuff.

* Flexible working hours (the impact sometimes working on weekend, no clear job description, no clear about promotion career) * Fast changed to slow career growth (the impact some staffs grow with stab in the back culture, also subjective opinions and decisions to promote staff and the last stuff "angkat telur") * Product branding focused (the impact not to focus people who to help them to grow, got low appreciate at annual performance review) * Improved to provide benefits for personal improvement * Improved to provide benefits for health insurance * Fancy office (the impact some important stuff not provided like free lunch)
Cons
* Often use subjective opinions and decisions * Too much hierarchy things, too much management rather than the staff to doing important stuff so too much must reported to * No clear job description (staff in this company will be used for doing "palugada", "extraeffort" and after that under appreciate at annual performance review using the financial condition) * No clear about promotion career (until the last I work, some bosses use a subjective review and we must "to do all things" to top management "like") * Stab in the back culture (the impact too many dramas, gossips, stories created in the back) * The transparency gone * The last cons is important too notes : Leaving after having fun
