      Supportive colleague and improving creative thinking

      If you want to learn about office politics, well this is the right place for you. I can say 70% of the VP talk too much about the theories but they don't know how to execute their ideas. Very little appreciation to the employee, usually they gave near ED products and very cheap stuff.

      1. no seniority, you can even discuss things with the CEOs 2. flexible when it comes to innovations or up-to-date campaign 3. workplace is at a very strategic area

      1. directions are prone to change 2. salaries are not that high 3. they preferred to hire someone new than maintaining potential employees
