- CEO that turns up when he wants, plays games on his phones, apparently has loads of luxury cars (ferrari for example), has no respect for anyone, frequently speaks to his "business partner" Dhesh like something he stepped in. Bullies staff. Seems like a narcissist. 0 People skills
- Fake Adverts for properties
- Illegally HMO's properties
- Pay is never on time maybe not even on the actual date
- There is no HR it is the CEO (Mike Seymour)
- Never provides "company laptop" despite the company having "millions of £" in turnover, so you have to use your own.
- Business Partner Dhesh seemed to be scared of of Mike, sort of a "jump" "how high?" situation
- Expected to do an unrealistic amount of task at once. I.e. Whilst on the phone to ANYONE you should not be focused on what you're doing on the phone because you should be giving your "full attention" to the next staff you could be doing"
- Expecting to work out of working hours.
- Expect blind loyalty from the beginning without giving anything back as much as a "happy birthday" return.

- Lies to landlords about properties and what they will be used for.
- Uses serviced office space but doesn't pay for the extra space, so you have to move around if the office management company come around and check on the available desk spaces.
- Have to use your personal number as a point of contact for landlord and tenants.
- Ask to proof read EVERY EMAIL you send before sending it. To nit-pick at grammar (luckily mine isn't bad)
- Lie about career progression - You either will be an intern on pennies and they have no intention in taking you full time employed with a contract. OR You work under 2 CEO's that control everything and there is no progression because there is no company growth.
- Typical guaranteed rent company that sublet the property as rooms.
