LIFENEST provide a foundation like no other Company I have experienced, especially for young professionals to learn and excel in their craft. With an entrepreneurial and highly motivated company culture this is evident from Day 1, and it’s no secret they’re on their way to great success. They place tremendous trust in your talents and skills giving you a great platform to learn, progress and achieve. The Management team were highly approachable, and with this they were very open to suggestions for improvements/changes to their existing process, giving you a great sense of value in their team.

Quite simply, you’re in the deep end. As an Intern, I have no doubt in other companies you are placed on a programme, watched over a long period of time as you progress step by step... but not here. LIFENEST do it differently, they throw you well and truly in there and demand strong initiative. You must be strong minded, driven, prepared to make mistakes and be able to quickly learn from them. This can be viewed as a negative, but far too many people fear those mistakes, and if you do, then you know what to do.
