They push to attain greatness with their clients. Good work/life balance Good room for technical growth Great engineering team After working for 2 different Managed Service companies after my departure, I realize that LANAIR has a better structure and better room for growth. My previous rating was a 2, but I am changing this to a 4 after my last 2 employers.

It was a toxic workplace and nothing to learn

Cons

Employee morale was low. Pay was terrible and insurance was ridiculous expensive only a few could afford! Managers are narcissists, insults employees instead of helping and training us. Horrible and toxic work environment to be honest.

Don't waste your life working for this awful company. Employees here don't get any opportunities for advancement because the leadership doesn't care about investing in its employees and training them for the next level. You'll be forced to work only on stressful but repetitive work that offers no room for growth and learning.
