Good work/life balance Good room for technical growth Great engineering team After working for 2 different Managed Service companies after my departure, I realize that LANAIR has a better structure and better room for growth. My previous rating was a 2, but I am changing this to a 4 after my last 2 employers.

Need to be focused to learn Can be stressful if not focused in Technology industry Not a place to go if not wanting slow work life
