High turnover caused by poor management. The founders (who are the only senior management) have little SaaS experience and are neither technical nor SMEs in ESG and therefore are unable to appreciate / reward quality work. In fact they actively make you feel small and under-appreciated despite working very hard and producing high quality work (as confirmed by everyone else but them). You are not listened to and it can go days without hearing from them. This creates a stressful environment and low morale eventually leading to people leaving, Most people make it about a year, no one has made it longer than 3.
There, sadly, is a massive disconnect between the team and management, larger than I've seen in companies 5x the size. It's frankly just poor leadership and poor people management from people who don't act or seem like tech founders.
I hope it improves because there is great potential in the product and company
