1. Small company working with few no dumb people, who don't want to learn anything new 2.there is always a insecurity of job if you use your brain in job. They don't need people with brian. 3.No facilities in the office, they run the office in 2 bhk with no proper facilities. 4.If you talk about the reviews are not good why, they will tell you std line ' we cannot make everyone happy' 5 Request experience people not to join this company no matter whatever package they offer u. Better to go with quality company

Toxic work culture No such thing as a HR process, they do not even have a portal where company policies are listed. Extremely micro managed by senior management and employees are seen as resources rather than human beings. The work place is also very shaby in an old house which is poorer than a computer training institute (they have better infra). Do not be fooled by positive reviews as mostly they are by the HRs or senior management, it is a torture and a mistake to work in this company.
