Business outlook
Pros
Great salary, flexible working hours, unlimited PTO and sick days, you can achieve work-life balance here if you adapt to your schedule. People are great and respect each other. You can do whatever you want here, propose new approaches and they will likely be approved. This is not a startup where you must work 10 hours a day, which is great.
Cons
The company's direction is constantly changing, and unless you're a C-level employee, you'll be the last to know about it. Also, there is no career ladder, but they will work on it I guess.
