You can do whatever you want here, propose new approaches and they will likely be approved. This is not a startup where you must work 10 hours a day, which is great.

The company's direction is constantly changing, and unless you're a C-level employee, you'll be the last to know about it. Also, there is no career ladder, but they will work on it I guess.
