Pros
Incredibly smart and likable people, great client list, lots of long-term clients, well above average pay and benefits, and the delights of working from home.
Cons
Absolutely NO regard for work-life balance. Paid holidays? A myth. Vacation? Schedule it, but you'll probably end up working it. Flexible hours? Sure, as long as you are able to answer your phone early in the morning for one leader and late at night for the other. Chases every project, even if the resources are not available, and then says 'we'll make it work' or 'we'll figure it out' which translates to 'you will be working nights and weekends ad nauseum'.
