      Flexibility with schedule, can work independently if you don't mind being spied on by supervisors location contacts.

      Cons

      Unprofessional organization. . Does not appreciate and mistreats employees. Violates labor laws, no health benefits, no PTO accrued. No paid holidays. Supervisor acts bigoted and biased, plays favorites. You can do much better than this. They will waste no time letting you know you are low man on the totem pole.

      They paid for my family's health insurance and the company is fully remote.

      1. You will get screamed out 2. Consistent Layoffs 3. Zero work life balance 4. Very stuck up perfectionist culture
