      Pros

      I have been working with Innoppl for less than a year, I should say that the company has been better in almost all the aspects than my previous company. There are lot of learnings in the company and the very important point is friendly management.

      Cons

      Work environment has been a concern but heard that they are moving to Grade A campus near sholinganallur.

      As all small companies they have limited support staff so you have to wear lots of hats. Sometimes this is great and other times tedious.

      Innoppl is one of the best place where you can kick start your career. You will learn a gamut of things during your stint. A friendly and vibrant environment, everybody in the organisation behaves friendly with you. You will have capable colleagues working with you.
