Interviewed for Senior Python Developer. The entire interview was theoretical, NOT a single programming task or practical assessment was given, even though the role is hands-on. Yet the feedback claimed I “lacked technical skills.” Confidently explaining concepts seemed to ruffle some fragile egos. If you want to showcase real skills, this panel might not give you the chance.

The interview process includes three rounds with three different panelists, each evaluating specific skills. Candidates progress sequentially, receiving feedback after each round before the final panel determines overall suitability and selection.
