Cons are; 1) Salary is one of critical issue. You will get salary one to two month late like Jan salary will get in March. Sometimes you get half salary one month late and half will get after two months. Earlier it was better like get 20 days late salary but after Oct 19 it was started to get 1-2 moths late. 2) If you are paying EMI/ Rent on monthly basis, then I suggest to not join this company. You never get salary on time. 3) Those people left they got salary slip up to leaving date but still they are looking 3-4-month salary. 4) In salary structure if there is “Reimbursement amount- Medical, phone etc. You never get it as part of salary in monthly basis. You get after six months accumulative money, but some people did not get after leaving company too. 5) The company fire peoples anytime. I saw some people joined 6 month ago and fired because of cost cutting. Then why they hired in 6 months ago. 6) Lots of the senior management issue. 7) Will get work from home only CEO favorable people. 8) Most of time ask to come on weekends and ask for stay late night. Never care about women safety as well.

1. They haven't paid salaries for several people on time and the arrears were accumulated for several months 2. False commitments to employees and clients as well 3. No single implementation have completed as on date. 4. operate multiple products but none of the product is stable and ready to deploy/implement. 5. An excel spread sheet is more comfortable and dynamic tool to manage business operations than Infionic's ERP. 6. Company hasn't paid/credit PF to employee accounts 7. TDS is not filed to employees for almost 2 or more financial yrs 8. This company is in huge debts and no way to bounce back or improve the efficiency as the product it self is a biggest drawback and the leadership team is also clue less 9. Management doesn't have any vision, focus and USP improve their operations 10. Several clients dropped the projects middle of implementations only because of poor execution and behavior of vendor/project team 11. It is liable to almost every employee (Past and present)
