-Absolutely zero work-life balance. -Company run by husband and wife hence decisions are mostly emotional and non-negotiable. -Salary and promotions are biased to perception rather than merit -Company strategy and core focus shifts annually -HR policies only apply if they benefit the company (The bosses are also the HR) -Endless meetings with less than 30% execution success
