      Awesome Records Manager she will make you feel you are welcome to work for the company

      Cons

      1.Delay of payments,otherwise great place to work if you are a casual. 2.Senior staff are critical of junior staff ,these temporary staff are neglected but the Records Manager is always concerned about the safefy of the data entry or records clerks.

      Pros

      Good for beginners. You will gain lots of experience because of the workload, the unnecessary pressure and the fluid job description (you can be asked to undertake whatever task.)

      Cons

      -Absolutely zero work-life balance. -Company run by husband and wife hence decisions are mostly emotional and non-negotiable. -Salary and promotions are biased to perception rather than merit -Company strategy and core focus shifts annually -HR policies only apply if they benefit the company (The bosses are also the HR) -Endless meetings with less than 30% execution success
