      Pros

      The entire company is remote, so you can work from anywhere. The team is wonderful to work with and super supportive. They push you to be the best version of yourself and are there to help when you get stuck. You have ample opportunities to learn and grow here, and there are many ways to progress and promote to higher positions.

      Cons

      Because of remote work, if you are not having a good day it can be hard to concentrate.

      Pros

      - Company with innovative ideas that's growing and making a name for itself - Great culture & work environment - Great opportunities for growth - Management wants to see employees advance - Zero micromanaging - Management genuinely cares about employees. Working for large corporations prior to Imagine, I can't stress enough how good it feels to not only have your work valued, but to feel valued as a human being.

      Cons

      - If you don't have a good ability to be self-managed without oversight, this is not the place for you. - Internal process can be lacking- things sometimes feel disorganized.
