Pros

The entire company is remote, so you can work from anywhere. The team is wonderful to work with and super supportive. They push you to be the best version of yourself and are there to help when you get stuck. You have ample opportunities to learn and grow here, and there are many ways to progress and promote to higher positions.

Cons

Because of remote work, if you are not having a good day it can be hard to concentrate.

Pros

Imagine has years of experience in sales and has been using this expertise to support Inbound marketing efforts for years - before "Inbound Sales" was a hot topic. Inbound Marketing gets clients the results they want instead of just getting random leads that never turn to revenue. This methodology makes it easy to take pride in your work. I work with an excellent team and the company is growing rapidly. The CEO encourages an open forum and challenges us to be better everyday and to think and have an opinion. This isn't a cookie cutter agency being the McDonald's of Inbound. The work from home policy is amazing and they promote work life balance. We also get a lot of bank holidays off which is nice to help employees recharge and refresh. Leadership is transparent and it's obvious that everyone is valued. We are growing rapidly and there are big thing on the horizon and it's fantastic to be a part of it!

Cons

Expecting us to work the next day after leadership dropped huge coin on taking the team out to a Brazillian Steak House for dinner with lots of adult beverages was a bit crazy :) Seriously the only issue is that remote communication can be a challenge at times because of issues with the technology we are using.
