No culture

Pros

Everyone at Ignition gets on really well and there are some very approachable and knowledgable staff. It is a great option if you are new to the industry and just getting started.

Cons

Low pay, managers who are set in their ways, and no culture anymore. Senior management could benefit from some people training, and I think this will go a long way in retaining staff. Very high turnover, and some of the most talented members of staff are leaving in droves.

Awful communication from the top down

Pros

Great for working independently, learning about digital marketing if you're getting your foot in the door, and the office is also lovely. Socials are also very fun. Work life balance is also not bad and you aren't expected to work overtime. I can only speak from a paid perspective, but I found the variety of tasks and responsibility rewarding.

Cons

Communication is often appalling. Very much a "work on your own" environment. No mental health support. Unless you're just getting your foot in the door and want to be thrown in the deep end, I wouldn't waste your time as there are better agencies out there.

Not great

Pros

Strong staff and learnt a lot about paid. Pretty sociable. Good place for juniors to learn more.

Cons

Lack of care, and recent changes aren't great. Ladership needs improvement.
