You can learn alot over here from experienced professionals.
Cons
1. No weekends off. 2. Forced to work overtime with no compoff. 3. They collect fine in cash for being late to office. 4. Work pressure is too much. 5. Leaving on sign out time is a crime. 6. Very toxic management and alot of politics amongst some employees. 7. They make you do all the donkey work for example instead of hiring a data operations team they make the developers do data entry. 8. They take weekly hour long calls on how to gain peace in life; want us to work 14hours 6 days and might want you on call Sunday's too. 9. And list goes on forever. 10. I will never recommend this to a friend.
