      Pros

      They pair you with the perfect clients, not just some client looking for an employee. They have this great environment where everyone becomes your friend even though you don't work with them because you're with a different client. Mind you, I'm an introvert. CEO is very hands-on and "gwapo". The hiring team is very punctual and professional in what they do.

      The executive assistant is nice, she took all the necessary steps to improve the company’s approach to everything, especially since the company did not welcome even a small part of Philippine culture until they hired this EA.

      Very low regard for Filipino talent Poor attitude of the leader Low ball offer Micromanagement, we're talking about screen capturing every click and activity
