The interview process felt abrupt and lacked structure. There was no proper introduction, and it moved straight into a Q&A session without any context or expectations set. I also noticed a lack of professionalism in the way the interviewer presented themselves and conducted the conversation, which gave the impression that they weren’t fully engaged or prepared.
I believe candidates deserve a more respectful and organized experience, especially when representing a remote-first company.
Interviewer is very rude and would ask question not relevant to the qualification. Always will cut you off mid sentence and not even smiling like she hates her job. I ended the interview because I know this is not the culture I want
