      At HarmonyTech, I feel valued by leaders and other employees.

      Cons

      Getting trained remotely can be challenging but this of course is a temporary problem.

      Pros

      Great development team, from leads and scrum masters to QA to developers. Everybody's knowledgeable and brings a lot to the table, always willing to help.

      Cons

      Company is still growing and learning how to get and keep contracts.
