      Pros

      Great work/life balance. Opportunities for growth and career development. Leadership really cares about their employees. Strategic leadership. Great culture, morale-People generally enjoy working with their colleagues.

      Pros

      HarmonyTech works hard to help you stay with them. My contract ended and they still kept in touch with me to help me find another position. They are all about keeping their Employees. And they don't just treat you like another Contractor, they treat you like Family. Great work-life balance.

      Cons

      Growing pains... They are growing rapidly and working through the normal issues most Companies do. Other than that, they are wonderful and I hope to find another opportunity to work with him.

      Pros

      Company is built on integrity and trust. Employees are valued which is inspiring to do the best that you can do at your job. People are genuinely happy here and that is hard to find in a job. The right ingredients to be successful.
