Good resources to learn soft and managerial skills.

Cons

No job security. You are placed in a project and when the contract ends, you are out. Sometimes, the contract is short and you are left alone. You will be promised of bonus which will never come, except if you belong to the chosen ones. It doesn't matter if you have excellent performance.

Worked for around a year for one client. The client removed the entire team due to budget cuts. I was on bench for around 2 months and they laid many people off. There weren't any projects. They didn't say we may get terminated after being on bench for 2 months.
