Pros

good if you're a uni student and want some casual pocket money you can wear whatever you like everyday extremely easy mind numbing work

Cons

company prides itself on having no hierarchy when there is blatant micromanagement occurring staff are fearful of team leaders which is unhealthy seem to prefer submissive staff don't come here if you want to be part of a successful start up as the hierarchy is very segregated and they will not make use of your skills

Pros

- Coworkers are great. - When management and some of the more problematic approval employees are not involved things go very well. - Depending on who you ask for help you sometimes get very helpful advice some employees (in roles they get paid the same as you despite being asked to do much more and they are often seemingly unrecognised by management) are really good at building you up to do your job. - Pay is not the worst if you just stick to taking calls, once they lump the extra stuff on maybe not as much...

Cons

- Customer service management is VERY hit and miss. - Seems that many of the people in decision making roles are lazy, dont understand what they need to do or just have very difficut to work with attitudes. - Management choses to give you "badges" as a reward for taking on more work while still being required to compelte all of your old work. No financial bonsuses in fact most of the extra work you will be required to complete will take away from the time you could spend working on things that would earn you some bonus. - Some of the teams leaders are very hard to approach. - A excessive ammount of office politics, even from some of the team leaders. - Management seems to be unwilling to admit when a mistake has been made or to accept that staff dislike an idea. - Management choses to just listen to the same staff who say yes all the time despite these staff being the ones causing issues for the rest of the team. - ALOT of inconsistencies and processes across the entire team. - NO MANAGEMENT AT ALL out of hours, you are told to just call them for help if you cant call a employee (paid the exact same as you but who has a DIGITAL badge saying they can approve things) for help. - Leading on from the above, we are supposedly very fussy about our core values and management will quote them during meetings and will punish anything they see as against any of them (Including being frustrated AFTER a stressful call) however the fail to follow most of them. Like valuing their staff... and the best idea wins. - Good for the first few weeks then you really just hate the place and the "Culture" - Management go full secret police when it comes to "Culture" issues. If you report problems with a manager or with fellow employees. You are told it is against culture to do so. I know of this happening to atleast 4 people and we all know exactly which Customer service team members and team leads are the probem. / - Cant stress this one enough, YOU GET TOLD OFF FOR COMPLAINING ABOUT A CALL AFTER THE CALL. However Management will do this all the time. - Management is really fussy about what you say out of work hours. - You feel like they lied to you during recruitent and on their job adds (just like everyone else right?)

Micromanaging with no care for employees

Pros

They would host a cake-day and would attempt to make work fun by having events e.g. dress up day. Provides milk, tea and sugar.

Cons

- Team leaders/management are super micromanaging where they would time you for your toilet breaks, they would make sure youre back to work from lunch down to the very minute - Management has no care for their employees and refuses to understand heavy workload by being condescending and rude and only care about meeting their own KPI's - Management has zero trust in their employees. - Management provides zero support in difficult situations, and yet they make you feel bad if everything isnt done perfectly. E.g. Management will tell you to let them know when you have too much work to do, that way when they ask you to take a call- they will know to ask someone else. However when you actually tell them you are not available to take a call, they roll their eyes at you and ask if its urgent and if you can just take the call anyway.
