Pros

They would host a cake-day and would attempt to make work fun by having events e.g. dress up day. Provides milk, tea and sugar.

Cons

- Team leaders/management are super micromanaging where they would time you for your toilet breaks, they would make sure youre back to work from lunch down to the very minute - Management has no care for their employees and refuses to understand heavy workload by being condescending and rude and only care about meeting their own KPI's - Management has zero trust in their employees. - Management provides zero support in difficult situations, and yet they make you feel bad if everything isnt done perfectly. E.g. Management will tell you to let them know when you have too much work to do, that way when they ask you to take a call- they will know to ask someone else. However when you actually tell them you are not available to take a call, they roll their eyes at you and ask if its urgent and if you can just take the call anyway.

Pros

- Work from home? - Pay is slightly above average.

Cons

- understaffed so you get bombarded by calls 24/7 - awful customers as the service sucks - management is probably the worst I have ever experienced at any job ever - 3/4 of the employees are incompetent with no accountability - they force you to take your breaks at specific times and if you don't go at that exact time they will make you feel awful and like you have killed someone. - lots and lots of favouritism of staff. - Rostering is terrible - The cons are honestly endless, I would not ever bother working here - They will allow you to do some work in a different area to give you some hope you might be able to move up in the company and then they will give it to someone else who has no experience.
