      Pros

      Gant Systems is a constantly improving work environment where the employees are heard and their concerns taken into consideration. The president and owner Nick Gant goes out of his way to not only show appreciation for his employees, but to make sure you have the tools needed to be setup for success.

      Cons

      There are no cons that I have experienced while working for Gant Systems.

      Pros

      Great team environment and as a company they did great work. They put the customers first, they worked together, and they had fun doing it. I enjoyed my time there.

      Cons

      I was let go for making a simple mistake. No warnings or second chances. Mistake was one that everyone makes in the IT field at some point. I was also not doing the job they hired me to do because it was a new position for their company so they had not transitioned me from training to my role before letting me go.

      Pros

      Professional - Everyone treats everyone with respect & works as a team. The company invest in training for employees for work as well as personal. They really care about their clients & the services provided to them. Employees have a voice in meetings and management values & welcomes the conversations. Fun - We take time to have fun by playing virtual games/contest, going to events outside the office & have holiday celebrations. Family Oriented - You are not just a body filling a seat, the company cares about you as a person. Great Management - If I knew I could have had a boss like Nick Gant, I don't think I would have worked for the same place for 30 years. I'm really glad to be here!

      Sometime you don't get to see your coworkers as often as you would like.
