      Pros

      I don't think you'll find a company more dedicated to the safety and well being of their employees. Most people I work with have worked their entire careers for the company. No one quits after starting work here

      Cons

      I don't know if you can call it a con but it's a very niche company so starting any role will require a fair bit of training

      Good Benefits. Good salary. Good atmosphere.

      Not very family oriented. Used to be more acknowledgment , get togethers etc.
