Pros
- Great culture with truly flexible PTO, focus on getting the right things done, early engagement with diversity - tried to solve a unique problem in consumer electronics by actually treating customers well - Great moments for young/inexperienced team members, including people with no professional experience and interns - Leadership makes hard decisions in a transparent way by communicating a lot with everyone
Cons
- Startups are stressful environments with lots of change, and this was one of them - Consumer electronics was really hard during the pandemic - Hire a little slower and fire a little faster, when needed
